Our quality control team will review your submission within 24-48 hours to verify the defect or shipping error.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the item is in its original outer packaging.
- 4.Resolution
After receiving the item, we will ship a fresh replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
